  • Cancellation Policy

    Refund of registration fee will be as follows:
    • Cancellation received until and including July 16, 2026: full refund minus €60 administrative fees.
    • Cancellation received between July 17 and August 16, 2026: half refund.
    • From August 17, 2026: no refund will be made

    The Organizing Committee is not responsible for double registrations. In these cases, the cancellation policy will be applied.
